摘要 现代分子生物学的变性梯度凝胶电泳(Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrqphoresis,DGGE)技术是土壤微生物群落研究的有效工具,它直接分离土壤微生物的DNA片段,比传统的培养方法更具明显的优势,已成为研究土壤微生物的重要手段之一。对DGGE技术的原理及其在土壤微生物群落研究中的应用情况、优点和局限性进行了介绍。 Based on modern molecular technology,DGGE is a powerful tool for the analysis to understand community structure of soil microorganism,which can directly separating DNA clips.It has obvious advantages and it is one of the most useful research methods in soil microorganism.In this paper,the principle and the application of DGGE in soil microorganism were briefly introduced,while the advantages and limitations of this technique were also evaluated.
