作者从微观角度出发，针对我国国有企业质量管理和产品质量的现状，从战略、管理、作业三个层面对国有企业如何实现质量振兴目标进行了深入的探讨。对这三个层面中的重点问题，作者阐述了自己的观点，并针对性地提出了建设性的意见。本文对企业贯彻《质量振兴纲要》
Starting from the angle of micromanagement, the authors make a deep inquiry into the way to revitalize national enterprise in quality by improving strategy, management and operation in the light of the present condition of quality management and produce quality. The authors expound their viewpoints about some important problems in the three aspects and make some suggestions accordingly. The authors provided an effective way to caryy out “the outline of revitalizing by quality”.
