摘要
文章以草根志愿组织为例,探讨了自组织集体行动的个人动机、意义建构以及集体行动的整合机制。自组织集体行动的个人动机是复杂而多样的,基于混合动机之上的意义建构,成为自组织集体行动的内在动力,而自组织的非强制性的自愿性决定了信任与合作乃是集体行动整合的重要机制。
Giving an example of voluntary organization from grass roots, the paperdiscusses the personal motivation and mechanism of collective action of self - organization. Diversifiedpersonal motivation and meaning endued drive the collective action while the trust and cooperation are important mechanism for self - organization which is characterized as voluntary and non - forced.
