摘要 纵剪机刀轴旋转精度是保证金属薄板剪切精度和剪切质量的关键。分析了滚动轴承主要精度项目对刀轴旋转精度的影响,提出了适用于刀轴的滚动轴承型式。阐述了采用定向装配方法使滚动轴承误差和刀轴加工误差得到合理的分配和抵消,从而提高刀轴旋转精度。 Rotary precision of cutter's shaft for the slitter is the key to guarantee the shearing accuracy and shearing quality of metal sheets. The influence of main accuracy items of rolling bearing to the rotary precision of cutter's shaft has been analyzed, and the type of rolling bearing which suits for cutter's shaft of slitter has been put forward in the text. The method of oriented assembly has been applied to reasonably distribute and compensate the rolling bearing error and machining error, which enhances the rotary precision of cutting shaft.
