摘要
科学发展观对辅导员队伍建设具有重要的指导意义。当前高职院校辅导员队伍建设在"角色定位"、"核心职能"、"体制建设"、"职业化发展"四个方面存在缺陷。按照科学发展观"以人为本"和"可持续发展"两个重要内涵,高职院校辅导员队伍建设要着力完善素质培养、专业科研、发展保障、长效管理、职业化建设等五个机制。
The scientific development view is of important directive significance to the constructing the team of college assistants. Currently, the team construction at higher vocational colleges has existing defects such as the role orientation, the core function, the system construction, and the career development. According to the two vital contents of the scientific development view putting people at the first place and keeping sustainable development, it needs to lay a stress on improving the mechanisms of training, the professional and scientific research, the development security, the sustained management, and the professional construction.
