摘要
高职教育培养的是一线的技术应用性人才,即技能熟练的技术人才、运用技术的高技能人才。从服务区域经济发展、特色产业发展、工业化和现代化发展进程等方面看高职人才培养目标定位,可以而且应该是一柱多棱的。高职人才培养目标定位的实现路径,在于实践动手能力的系统和可持续发展能力的基础知识系统的构建。
What the higher vocational education trains is first-line technology applied talents,namely proficient technical talents,highly-skilled talents good at applying the technology.The target of higher vocational talents training may be and should be one with multiple facets when examined from the perspective of serving regional economic development,featured industry development and the progress of industrialization and modernization.The ways to realize the target orientation lie in the construction of both practical ability system and basic knowledge system for sustainable development abilities.
