New Dyeing Processes and Theory of Disperse Dyes

摘要 较系统地介绍了近年来出现的两种分散染料染色新工艺及其理论,即超临界二氧化碳流体染色和助剂增溶染色。对这两种染色工艺的优缺点作了深入分析,并介绍了作者利用自己研制的专用助剂,用分散染料染羊毛纤维,证实了这种新工艺的可行性,开拓了羊毛染色的另一种途径,具有理论和实用价值。 Two new dyeing processes and related theory of disperse dyes,which have emerged in recent years,are presented in a comparatively systematic way.They are known as supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing and auxiliary solubilization dyeing. The advantages and disadvantages of the processes are analysed in detail. Utilizing the specific agent developed by the auther for dyeing wool fibre with disperse dyes, the above two new processes have been proved feasible. Therefore other routes for wool dyeing are opened up. They are of value both in theory and in practice.
