摘要
目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗环状脱垂痔术后并发症的防治。方法对2008年5月至2009年12月行PPH治疗的18例痔患者临床资料作回顾性分析。结果所有患者吻合均一次成功,术后发生吻合口出血、肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀、尿潴留等并发症,经相应的处理后,取得满意疗效。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环切术较传统手术具有明显的优点,操作简单,手术创伤小,时间短,术后痛苦小,恢复快,并发症少等,重视并发症防治的相应措施,可有效地减少其发生。
Objective To evaluate the prevention and treatment of complications in the treatment circumferential prolapse hemorrhoids with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids.Methods The treatment during PPH in 18 cases of hemorrhoids from May.2008 to dec.2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The anastomotic success rate in all the 18 cases was 100%.The postoperation,bleeding at the anastomotic stoma,anal pain,tenesmus,retention of urine,etc were successfully treated with satisfactory outcomes.Conclusion Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids has its advantage comparing with of classical operation,it is certain that PPH has such advantages as simple manipulation,less trauma,shorter opertion time,less postoperative pain,faster recovery and less complication,etc.It is suggested that attentions should be made to take effective measures of the prevention and treatment of complications and to reduce the occurrence rate of complications.
