摘要
对管理原理的不同的认同与遵循,必然会导致不同的管理实践与管理结果。本文以生态论人本生态观为指导,从人类生态系统整体的视阈和人本思想与生态思想有机融合的高度,全面审视人类对管理的认识与实践。作者认为,生态世界观对管理原理认识的生态化提升,是对管理活动内在的生态本性及其客观规律的反映,将为人们进一步深入理解和践行科学发展观,把生态规律引进管理学科以指导并规范人类的管理活动,以管理科学的创新去适应生态文明建设的迫切需要,切实实现管理的生态化,提供极为重要的理论和精神上的支撑。
Different identifications and compliances with management principles will inevitably cause different management practices and results. Guided by the human- oriented ecology principle, this paper comprehensively examines identifications of modern management principles from the view of the ecosystem and the organic integration of humanism and ecological ideas, and provides an important theoretical and spiritual support for implementation of the eco-management by innovating the scientific management to adapt to urgent needs of the ecological civilization construction, and guiding and normalizing our management activities with the ecological law.
