摘要
本文简单介绍了QZSS系统的组成和系统结构，然后对IS—Qzss中规定的信号特性和时间与坐标系进行了较为详细的分析，最后介绍了QZSS系统未来区域导航系统扩展计划和发展方案。
The paper gives a description of the architecture and component of QZSS system, and then analyses the characteristics of the planed signals and the system of time scale and coordinate in the IS-QZSS. Finally the paper introduces the project of the future expansion from QZSS to Regional Satellite Navigation System （RSNS）.
