摘要
以青岛某大厦的基坑工程为背景,结合当地水文地质特点,地下水位高,地层以砂层为主,含卵石,渗透系数大,采用了旋喷水泥土桩结合土钉墙基坑支护技术,在具体工程应用中,研究了此技术的设计与施工控制要点,并与传统的桩锚支护技术进行了技术经济方面的比较.工程实践证明,该基坑支护技术安全可靠,并且可加快施工进度,节约成本,为类似水文地质条件的基坑支护提供有益参考.
This article is based on the example of one building's foundation pit project in Qingdao.Taking into account the local hydrological geology that had the characteristics of high table with sand bed and pebbles,and with high coefficient of permeability,the method of composite retaining with cement-soil pile and soiling nailing foundation pit support technique was used.In specific project application,the design and construction control points of the technology were studied.It was compared with the traditional piled anchor support technique in technical economy.Through practices it was proved that the technique was safe,could speed up the construction progress and save cost,which can serve as a benefitial reference for the foundation pit support under similar conditions.
