摘要
着眼信息化战争的机遇与挑战,世界军事强国都十分重视高素质新型军事人才的锻造培养,全面致力于军校办学理念重塑与院校教育教学改革创新。文中借鉴外军院校军事教育改革经验,从贴近实战、教员队伍与部队军官接轨、任职教育与部队训练衔接、实施开放办学等方面对我军院校教育转型的启示进行了探讨。
Based on opportunities and challenges in information operation, the military powerful countries all over the world attach great importance to cultivate modern military talents with high qualities, reshape the school running ideas, and carry forward the educational reforms. Using the experience of foreign countries for reference, this paper discusses its enlightenment to us from four aspects as following： making the educational reform more close to the practice, integrating teaching staff with milit^ary officers, connecting post-oriented education with military training, and adhering to an open policy.
