摘要
政府引导循环经济的发展可谓大势所趋,政府应当从过去的"守夜人"角色跃升为引导者。本文主要论述了大龙经济开发区发展循环经济所做出的巨大努力以及取得的巨大成效,并在此基础之上为大龙经济开发区循环经济的更快发展提出一些想法。
