摘要
目的探讨精神科急重症住院患者实施定位管理举措的效果。方法2007年起在精神科病区设立重症监护室,建立定位管理制度对9类急重症患者实施集中监护,建立患者定位管理登记表并做到实时无缝交接等定位管理措施,比较定位管理前后患者意外事件发生率。结果定位管理后的2007—2008年意外事件发生率0.03%明显低于定位管理前的2005—2006年意外事件发生率0.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施精神科急重症患者定位管理可促进护士对急重症患者的病情掌握与主动防范,强化护士安全意识和责任意识,显著降低精神病患者意外事件发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of position management on severe and urgent psychiatric inpatients. Methods Position management has been applied in psychiatric wards since 2007. Such measures as intensive monitoring were conducted. Comparison was made about the rate of accident before and after the application. Results The rate of accidents in the year from 2007 to 2008 （0.03%） was significantly lower than that of 2005 and 2006（0.19%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Position management in severe and urgent psychiatric inpatients can reduce the rate of accidents and improve the quality of security care.
