摘要
科技进步无疑已经成为经济发展的第一动力,西藏地区的跨越式发展,必须依靠科学技术,分析科技进步对西藏第三产业的作用,为西藏地区制定发展规划无疑具有现实意义。文章通过实证分析发现,技术进步促进了西藏第三产业总量的扩增,提高了西藏第三产业结构的优化升级,使第三产业成为西藏就业增长最快的行业。同时也指出技术进步在促进西藏第三产业发展中存在的问题,提出了西藏技术进步服务于第三产业的建议。
The analysis of the influence of the technological progress on the tertiary industry in Tibet is of significance to the development planning of Tibet.The paper finds the technological progress has promoted the expansion of Tibetan total tertiary industry and the upgrading of the industry′s structure so that the industry has become the fastest growing employment section in Tibet.At last,it points out the problems in the industry and proposes some advice on how the technological upgrading in Tibet serves the tertiary industry.
