摘要
晚期头颈部肿瘤累及颈动脉系统，临床处理困难，手术切除肿瘤及受累的颈动脉并发症多，死亡率高。作者对８例９侧（其中１例不同期结扎双侧颈动脉）颈动脉行结扎切除术。８例中３例出现颅内并发症，１例住院期间死亡，平均生存时间为１５个月，１例生存超过３年。８例中，５例为喉癌，２例为下咽癌，１例为甲状腺癌。
To evaluate the carotid resection for advanced malignant head neck neoplasms, 8 cases with 9 sides,including 1 case of bilateral carotid ligation in different stags,accepted carotid resection in 5 cases of laryngeal carcinoma,3 cases of larygo pharyngeal carcinoma and 1 case of thyroid cacinoma. Intracranial complications occurred in 3 patients,and 1 patient died.The average survival time was 15 months.1 case survived 3 years after operation.The mortal causes were local recurration(5 cases)and distal metasistasis(l case).The result shows that carotid resection could be used for advanced malignant head neck neoplasms.
