摘要
以菜籽油,二乙烯三胺为原料合成咪唑啉中间体,以丙烯酸甲酯为烷基化试剂、氯乙酸钠为季胺盐化试剂合成新型的咪唑啉缓蚀剂,并以不同浓度的硫酸溶液为介质研究其对钢样的缓释效率。实验结果表明:当硫酸的浓度为20%,缓蚀剂量为0.5%(v/v),浸泡时间为4h时,其缓释效率最好,达到了93.9%。
In this paper, rapeseed oil, Diethylenetriamine synthesized imidazoline intermediates, in order to further alkylation of methyl acrylate as a reagent, sodium chloroaeetate reagents for the synthesis of quaternary ammonium salinization new imidazoline corrosion inhibitor, and different concentrations of sulfuric acid solution for medium to study their impact on the efficieney of cement release pin. The experimental results show that : when the concentration of sulfuric acid 20% , soaking time of 4 hours, the release efficiency is like, reaching 93.9 percent.
