摘要
总结分析了国内2937例肺内周围型球形病灶(包括肺炎性假瘤、肺结核瘤、肺错构瘤和周围型肺癌)的临床特征,采用最大似然法数学模型,制定出计量鉴别诊断指数表,据此研制成电子计算机计量诊断系统.通过711例回顾性和58例前瞻性临床研究,证明该方法对周围型肺癌有较高的诊断价值,对肺内其它良性周围型球形病灶亦有一定的鉴别诊断价值.
A quantitative diagnostic system by computer was set up based on the analysis of clinical char-acteristics of 2 937 cases with peripheral pulmonary coin lesions(PPCLs) including peripheral pulmonary carci-noma, tuberculoma, harmatoma and pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor. The maximal probability of statisticalmethod was used for the establishment of the registration form of quantitative diagnostic index of PPCLs. Throughthe clinical investigation of 711 retrospective and 58 prospective cases, it was proved that the method had highvalue in the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary carcinoma, and it also had some benefit to the differential diagno-sis of other peripheral pulmonary benign tumors.
