摘要
对三相共箱式SF6气体绝缘电压互感器的研制过程进行了介绍。铁心设计采用单相双柱叠积式,7级梯形柱截面使得利用系数较接近于1;高压绕组采用宝塔形结构,绕制中分2级方式绕制,充分利用了层间绝缘;主绝缘结构设计采用有限元算法来计算,分析了三维空间中电场强度的分布,优化了绝缘结构。产品经优化设计、合理选材、精心制造,通过了全部型式试验,达到了相关标准的要求。
Development of the three phases in one tank type SF6 gas-insulated 110 kV voltage transformer is introduced. The single-phase double-column overlap core was designed,and its 7-step trapezoid section made the utilization factor close to 1. The high-voltage winding adopted the tower structure with a two-layer mode in order to fully utilize interlayer isolation. The three-dimensional electric field distribution was calculated by finite element method for the design of main insulation structure. After optimum design,reasonable selection of materials and fine fabrication,this type of transformers passed all tests and met the relational standard.
