地震作用下断路器动力时程分析及阻尼效应研究 被引量:32

摘要 结合我国现行电力设施抗震设计规范(GB50260—96)、高压开关抗震试验标准(GB/T13549—92)及国际标准(IEEEStd693—2005),对电气设备的抗震分析与设计进行了讨论,提出了有关电气设备抗震设计中的一些关键问题,比如说动力时程分析中的地震动输入、支架动力放大系数、抗震设防等级等。首先采用ANSYS软件,以一220kV瓷柱型SF6断路器为研究对象,建立其有限元模型,开展了三类地震输入下的动力时程分析,详细介绍了电气设备动力时程分析方法。并通过对断路器关键节点和部位的位移、加速度及应力等参数的分析,得到了有关支架动力放大系数、支架设计、地震动输入、设备抗震能力等方面的一些结论;其次,通过调整断路器支架体系阻尼比的参数分析,得到了三类地震输入下的阻尼比对断路器地震响应的一些规律,适当提高设备体系的阻尼比,可显著提高设备的抗震能力。上述分析与研究对对改进高压电气设备抗震设计有一定的借鉴意义,对修订我国高压电气设备的抗震设计规范和制定相关标准有参考意义。 According to the Code for seismic design of electrical installations (GB 50260—96) and the standard for high-voltage switchgear testing(GB/T 13540—92)in China as well as the related standard abroad(IEEE Std 693—2005),seismic analysis and design of electrical equipment are discussed. Some of the key problems relating to seismic design of electrical equipment are put forward,such as seismic input in dynamic time-history analysis,dynamic magnification factor of equipment support,seismic fortification level,and so on. First,using ANSYS software,a finite element model of 220 kV SF6 ceramic cylindrical circuit breaker is established. Dynamic time-history analysis is carried out for three types of seismic input,and the dynamic time-history analysis method of the electrical equipment is introduced. The results about dynamic magnification factor of equipment supports,design of the supports,dynamic seismic input,and seismic capacity of equipment are obtained through analyzing such parameters as displacement,acceleration and stress of key nodes and positions on the circuit breaker. Secondly,by adjusting damping ratio of the circuit breaker's bracket system,some effects of damping ratio on the response characteristics of the circuit breaker are obtained under three types of earthquake input. The seismic behavior of equipment can be significantly improved by increasing its damping ratio. This paper may benefit the revision of existing specifications and the constitution of related standards for seismic design of high-voltage electrical equipment in China.
