对供应链合作中业务外包管理模式进行研究,从业务外包实施过程中的组织管理、关系管理和风险管理三个方面,探讨了业务外包实施中的组织管理模式和关系管理模式,对业务外包中常见的风险因素进行了分类,并提出了相应的风险控制策略。
The paper studies the different modes of business outsourcing management in supply chain cooperation, explores into the modes of organization management and relationship management in the implementation of business outsoureing and classifies the common risk factors in business outsourcing, putting forth corresponding risk aversion measures.
