从慢性阻塞性肺疾病的自然病程看早期治疗的重要性 被引量：13

摘要 COPD是全球范围内危害人类健康的重要疾病之一，我国的流行病学调查资料显示，40岁以上人群的COPD患病率为8．2％，由此推算我国约有4000万COPD患者。世界卫生组织预测，2020年COPD将由全球的第6位死因上升至第3位。COPD将成为我国严重的公共卫生问题和沉重的社会经济负担，因此，深入认识COPD的发病机制和疾病自然过程，对防治COPD有着极为重要的意义。
