肌紧张性发声障碍患者发声空气动力学特点分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析肌紧张性发声障碍(muscular tension dysphonia,MTD)患者发声空气动力学特性,探讨该方法在MTD诊治中的应用价值。方法采用言语发声空气动力学测试系统分别测量21例肌紧张性发声障碍患者及20例正常成人舒适发声时的声门下压、声门阻力、平均气流率及最长声时,并进行统计学分析。结果与正常成人比较,MTD患者声门下压和声门阻力升高,平均气流率下降,最长声时缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论空气动力学分析能有效评估MTD患者的发声功能,可用于MTD疾病的诊断和疗效观察。 Objective To investigate the aerodynamic multi--paremeters of the muscular tension dysphonia (MTD) patients and to assess the application of the aerodynamic analysis of the voice in the diagnosis and treatment of MTD. Methods Voice aerodynamic analysis about 19 MTD patients and 20 normal adults was studied, including subglottal pressure level, glottal resistance, average glottal airflow rate, and maximum phonation time were recorded by phonatory aerodynamic system and analyzed. Results The value of subglottal pressure level , glottal resistance was greater for the MTD patients than for normal adults. Conversely,the value of average glottal airflow rate and maximum phonation time was smaller for the MTD patients than for normal adults. The difference was significantly in acoustic analysis. Conclusion Multi-- paremeters of phonatoi'y aerodynamic system were significantly different in patients with MTD ,which indicates that voice aerodynamic analysis can evaluate the volcal function of patients with MTD. It means a great lot in the diagnosis and management of MTD.
