摘要
报告49例创伤性膀胱破裂，其中腹膜内型21例．腹膜外型23例．混合型5例。全组手术43例．有4例保守治疗．合并严重复合伤、死亡4例。认为逆行膀胱造影是诊断膀胱破裂最可靠的检查方法，对创伤性膀胱破裂应积极行膀胱修补术．保守治疗应掌握其适应证。
49 cases traumatic bladder rupture were reported, including 21 cases intraperitioneal. 23cases extraperitoneal and 5 cases mixed model. 43 patients were treated by repair of the ruptured bladder. 4 patients were treated by nonoperation. 4 patients who suffer from severity complex injurys died.Cystography is the most credible examination method. The patient who suffer from bladder rupture should be treated actively by repair of the ruptured bladder. We should grasp the indication of the nonoperation treatment way.
