摘要
广交会大厦采用钢框架-钢筋混凝土筒体结构,其钢结构基本采用板厚大于36mm的高层建筑结构用钢组焊而成,焊接时拘束度大,节点构造复杂,焊接残余应力大;焊接精度要求高,工期紧张。采用优化、整合工艺路线和设备资源,对内节点式矩形钢管柱形成了高效、高精度流水线生产加工技术;通过优化坡口形式、振动时效(VSR)消除残余应力等有效措施,实现了钢结构高效、高精度、高质量加工。
The CIEF building uses steel-framework and reinforced concrete cube structure.The steel structure is bound strongly by welding with steel plate of more than 36mm thickness.The node is very complex and the remaining welding stress is big.The steel structure has high welding precision and tight construction period.This project forms a highly efficient and high-precision production line for the nodes- in type rectangular steel tube column by the optimization of process route and equipment resources.The steel structure is prefabricated with high efficient,high precision and high quality by optimizing bevel forms and eliminating remaining stress by VSR.
