选择性环氧化酶-2抑制剂与头颈肿瘤
摘要
选择性环氧化酶-2（cyclooxygenase．2，COX-2）抑制剂是目前肿瘤研究的热点之一，其在头颈部肿瘤预防和治疗中研究意义重大。本文综述了选择性COX-2抑制剂在头颈部肿瘤防治中的应用基础，其在化学预防、放射增敏和与其他抗癌药物联合应用方面的研究进展及选择性COX-2抑制剂的作用机制。
