摘要
文章是作者在有效教学研讨会上的发言整理稿。作者作为物理特级教师，从三维目标的内涵和关系谈起，结合物理教学案例，认为新课程改革应该将三维目标当作一个整体，要根据具体教学内容有所侧重，同时，结合多种方式在活动中体会其效果。实施三维目标的效果都需要考虑这些因素。
The article is speech manuscript from an effective teaching seminar. As a master teacher of physics, the author combined with physics teaching cases, from the three - dimensional content and objectives of relationships, considered that the new curriculum reform should be three - dimensional target as a whole, should be focused on specific course content, the same time, need its own effect with combining a variety of ways in the activities.
