摘要
党的十七届三中全会指出,发展现代农业是推进农村改革发展的基本方向,发展高效农业是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容,对于实现农村经济社会全面发展有着极大的促进作用。通过调研发现,安阳市蒋村乡双全村高效农业示范园区的经济和社会效益正逐步显现。
The 3rd plenary session of the 17th Central Committee indicated that modern agrilculture development was the basic direction promoting country reformation and develompent,developing high-efficiency agrilculture was the important content in new socialist contryside construction,which had enhancement in achieving all-round development of economy and society in rural areas.The investigation and research showed that the economic and social benefic about high-efficiency agrilcultural demonstration garden in Shuangquan village of Jiangcun township Anyang city was coming into view gradually.
