摘要
目的探讨阿维A联合复方倍他米松注射液等治疗头部脓肿穿掘性毛囊周围炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法 11例患者根据脓液细菌培养结果和药物敏感试验结果分别口服红霉素、头孢呋辛或氧氟沙星等,并同时口服阿维A30mg,午餐后一次顿服,疗程8～12周,局部注射复方倍他米松注射液,每4周1次,共3～4次。治疗12周后观察疗效。结果 8例(72.73%)患者获得满意疗效,治疗中均未见明显不良反应。结论阿维A联合复方倍他米松注射液等治疗头部脓肿穿掘性毛囊周围炎疗效好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of acitretin combined with compound betamethasoneet injection in treatment of perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens. Methods According to the results of the bacterial culture of pyogenic fluids and tuberculin test,eleven cases took orally erythrocin, cefuroxime, Ofloxacin and so on. Meanwhile 11 patients took orally acitretin capsules 30rag once a day for 8 - 12 weeks and injected compound betamethasoneet injection every, four weeks for 3 - 4 times. The efficacy was observed after 12 weeks. Results Eight patients （72.73%） had satisfactory efficacy, there were no obvious adverse effects. Conclusion Acitretin combined with compoumt betamethasoneet injection is an effective therapy for perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens.
