摘要 目的:观察2种消除口臭方法的临床疗效,为治疗口臭提供依据。方法:选取86例病人,随机分为实验组和对照组各43例,对照组用2g/L的氯己定漱口,实验组用舌刷和舌刮清洁舌苔,分别记录2组使用前后的口臭程度、挥发性硫化物水平,计算显效率后并进行χ2检验分析。结果:实验组显效率为84.12%,对照组有效率为30.30%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用舌刷和舌刮清洁舌苔使口气中挥发性硫化物的量下降,对消除口臭有一定的临床效果。 AIM : To observe the clinical effect of tongue-coating cleaning and chlorhexidine mouth-wash in the treatment of oral malodor. METHODS: Eighty six patients with m'al malodor were included in this clinical study. The subjects were randomly devided into two groups, with 43 in each group. One group was subjected to tongue-brush and tongue-abrasor, amother group received 0.2% chlorhexidine mouth-wash. Halitosis degree and volatile sulphur compounds (VSCs) level were recorded and compared before and after treatment. RESULTS : Tongue coating cleaning reduced oral malodor by 84.12% percent and decreased VSCs level (P 〈 0.05). Though chlorhexidine mouth-wash also showed reducing effects on oral malodor and VSCs level, no significant differences were observed before and after treatment. CONCLUSION: Tongue coating cleaning by tongue-brush and tongue-abrasor is effective in treating oral malodor.
