摘要
目的:探讨超声检查对阴囊急症的价值。方法:对经手术或临床观察证实的86例阴囊急症的超声检查结果行回顾性分析。结果:86例阴囊急症中睾丸损伤30例,急性附睾-睾丸炎28例,睾丸扭转25例,误诊3例。结论:超声检查能准确判断阴囊急症的病因及程度,为临床治疗提供有力的依据。
Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonographic findings of acute scrotum. Methods： Ultrasonographic findings were reviewed in 86 patients with acute scrotum proved by operation and clinical pathology. Results： Among 86 patients with acute scrotum, 30 cases were testicular trauma, 28 cases were epididymo-testitis, 25 cases were testicular torsion, and 3 casess were misdiagnosed. Conclusions： The position, degree and causes of acute scrotum can detect exactly on ultrasonography and it may provide rapid and reliable bases for clinical therapy.
