地方史与地方志都是记述一个地区历史与现状的史书。新时期的地方史志,既有相同的一面,又有其不同之处。地方史与地方志,既有联系,又有区别,"共性"与"个性"是相对的,随着经济和社会的发展进步,史志的指导思想、编写原则、体例结构和编写风格将会不断地发展变化。所以,无论是编史,还是修志,都必须与时俱进,不断创新。
All the local history and the local chronicle is the history book of an area history and the current situation.They have the same characters, but are very unique in new period.
