摘要
本文介绍一种利用PIN二极管芯片设计的DC~4GHz微波无源限幅器的设计方法,该限幅器电路采用微带巴伦的形式实现,频率可以从直流开始到4GHz,而且插入损耗小,驻波比高,同轴结构体积小,使用方便。本文简要介绍其工作原理及实现过程,最后给出测试结果及曲线。
This paper introduces a mathed of designing the microwave pasive limiter which is designed by using PIN diode chip and the working frequency is from DC to 4GHz. The main electrocircuit of the limiter is the microstrip halun. Because of the well designing, the limiter has the excellent electronic characteristics such as the little insertion loss and the low voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR). With the coaxial structure, it has the little volume and is convenient for the users. In this paper, we first present the working principle and then the realization process, at last give the measuring results.
