图书馆的流通部是图书馆工作中心和重心,在图书馆工作中起着举足轻重的作用。从工作人员素质、人性化措施、藏书管理、读者违规行为预防及处理等方面,探讨了如何做好高校图书馆流通部的工作。
The circulation department of library,which is the focus and core of library work,plays an indispensable and decisive role in library work. This paper probes into how to do well the work of the circulation department of university library from aspects of staffs＇qualities,humanized measures,collection management,and prevention and treatment of readers＇violations,etc.
