摘要
比较了两种有机铬源及其不同添加水平对肉仔鸡生产性能及屠体指标的影响,选取1日龄爱拔益加肉鸡450只,随机分为5个处理(A、B、C、D、E组),每个处理3个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮(NRC肉鸡标准推荐量);其他试验组依次分别为:在对照组基础上添加0.25 mg/kg吡啶羧酸铬、0.50 mg/kg吡啶羧酸铬、0.25 mg/kg柠檬酸铬、0.50 mg/kg柠檬酸铬。试验分为两个阶段:生长前期(1~28日龄),生长期(29~42日龄)。生长期,与对照组相比,仅0.50 mg/kg吡啶羧酸铬显著提高了日增重(P〈0.05),降低了料重比(P〈0.05),从全期来看具有相同的结果。与对照组相比,0.50 mg/kg柠檬酸铬和0.50 mg/kg吡啶羧酸铬都显著提高了肉鸡生长前期的腿肌率(P〈0.05),对生长期无显著效果。
A total of 450 1d-age Arbor Acress male broilers were used to investigate the effects of two kinds of dietary organic chromium and different additive levels on growth performance and carcass quality of broilers.Chickens were randomly allocated to the following five treatments with three replicates of thirty broilers each: 1) Basal corn-soybean meal diet added with Chromium Picolinate(CP) 0.25 mg/kg;2) Basal diet added with CP 0.50 mg/kg;3) Basal diet added with Chromium Citrate(CC) 0.25 mg/kg;4) Basal diets added with CC 0.50 mg/kg;5) Basal corn-soybean meal diet(control).The experiment was conducted in two periods: starter(1~28d-age) and grower(29~42d-age).Results: Compared with control group,birds fed basic diet added with CP 0.50 mg / kg have higher average daily gain(P 0.05) and higher feed conversion rate(P 0.05) in grower period and also in whole experiment period.Only in starter period,addition of CP 0.50 mg/kg or CC 0.50 mg/kg both increase leg muscle yield significantly(P 0.05) compared with control.
