摘要
主要介绍了一种具有自动寻线、智能避障、捡放铁片、声光报警、数字显示等功能的智能小车的设计。该车以铝合金为车架,直流电机及其控制电路为整个系统的驱动部分,AT89S52单片机为整个系统的控制核心,用多种传感器及其控制电路实现小车的自动寻线、智能避障等功能;以电磁铁为主,通过电源的通、断实现捡放铁片;为实时观察小车的状态,还配备了液晶显示器以显示小车的状态、运行时间等信息。实验证明整个系统设计灵巧、控制准确、工作稳定、使用效果良好。
This paper introduces a kind of intelligent vehicle,which has different functions such as looking for lines automatically,evading barriers intelligently,displaying time and so on.The chassis of this vehicle is made up of aluminum alloy and it can be driven by direct current electromotor.The single chip AT89S52 is the core of the controlling system.,many functions such as looking for lines automatically,evading barriers intelligently and so on can be realized through various types of sensors,we have had electromagnetic iron as main component,completing packing or dropping the electromagnetic iron by the states of the power circuits.In addition,the on-line state of the vehicle and the time used can be displayed by MS1602C-1.The experimental results show the system has been designed facilitily,controlled exactly and works steadily,the high effectiveness of this intelligent is proved.
