摘要
目的:了解我院治疗糖尿病药的使用情况与趋势。方法:对我院2006-2008年治疗糖尿病药用量、销售金额、用药频度等进行回顾分析。结果:治疗糖尿病药销售金额逐年上升。3年中胰岛素销售金额占治疗糖尿病药总销售金额的41.49%,居第一位。胰岛素销售金额及DDDs呈逐年上升趋势,其中甘精胰岛素增幅最大。二甲双胍、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂用药频度逐年增加。销售金额前10位的以进口或合资品种为主。达美康、二甲双胍和诺和灵50R,30R的DDDs连续3年居领先。结论:治疗糖尿病药需求量逐年增大。我院治疗糖尿病药的使用较合理,用药趋势变化与指南相符。
Objective：To investigate the application and developing trend of antidiabetic in our hospital. Methods：The antidiabetic in our hospital during 2006～2008 were analyzed retrospectively in terms of consumption quantity,consumption expense,defined daily dose（DDDs）,etc. Results：The consumption expense of antidiabetic was increased year by year. The consumption percent of Insulin was 41.49% of the total antidiabetic and ranked the first place. The consumption expense and DDDs of insulin were increased within three years,and the increasing extent of insulin glargine is the most significant. The frequency of metformin and α Glucosidase inhibitor was increased year by year. The top 10 antidiabetic in consumption expense mainly includes import and joint venture drugs. diamicaron,metformin and novolin 50R,30R were preceding in order of DDDs during successive 3 years. Conclusion：The demand for the antidiabetic increases year by year. The use of antidiabetic in our hospital was rational. The developing trend of antidiabetic complied with guide.
