摘要
本文回顾了作者的科研成长历程:得到了名师的指导,选择了一个有发展前途的博士论文,有幸在国际机构和国外大学得到了锻炼。科研的成功需要有团队的支持与项目的合作,需要深入领会与学习实证研究的几方面要领。个人的成就尽管与个人的不懈努力有很大关系,但也与周围的工作环境密不可分。
This paper has summarized my research experience. During my growth, I have benefited from the guidance of good supervisors, the choice of one innovative research topic of Ph. D thesis research. In addition, I was also lucky to work in the international organization and the famous foreign university. From the aspect of research experience, I think the important issue is to get the supporting of the research team and has some project collaborations with other researchers. Carefully understanding and learning some skills of empirical research also are very important. In conclusion, the research achievement is not only closely related with personal hard work, it is also related with work environment around researchers.
