摘要
分析建筑节能的实现途径和各市场主体对于建筑节能的积极性和参与程度,运用经济学中激励理论和机制设计理论的成果,研究各市场主体参与节能的条件,建立简化的模型框架,寻找市场主体参与节能的利益均衡点。
The implementation ways of building energy conservation, and the enthusiasm and participation degree of each market subject of building energy conservation are analyzed, the results of incentive theory and mechanism design theory in economics are utilized to research on the conditions of each market subject for participating into energy conservation, and a simplified model frame is built up to search benefit balance point of the market subjects for participating in energy conservation.
