摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗婴幼儿疱疹性口炎的临床效果。方法 120例婴幼儿疱疹性口炎患者被随机分为实验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组给予西药及对症治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用中药方剂。结果两组在总有效率、显效率、临床症状改善时间等方面均有显著性差异(p<0.05),实验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论中西医结合应用于婴幼儿疱疹性口炎的治疗,能显著提高疗效,缩短治疗时间,减轻患儿痛苦,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine therapy used in infant patients with herpetic stomatitis. Methods 113 cases of infant patients with herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 61 ） and control group （n = 52）. Control group were given westem medicine therapy;and experimental group, traditional Chinese therapy were added on base of control group. Resuits The total effective rate, excellent rate and recover time of clinical syndromes in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group （p 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion Traditional Chinese combined with western medicine therapy used in infant patients with herpetic stomatitis, can significandy enhance clinical effect, reduce the therapy time and release the pain of patients, so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
