摘要
在目前信函手工分拣难以被分拣机完全替代的背景下,为信函分拣作业系统的优化进行前期建模分析和仿真评估支持。根据分类、搬运等子系统的逻辑特征和规律性存取特征,选择三维可视化仿真软件AutoMod中内置的Process System、Path Mover和Static子系统,可较为快捷地建立起逻辑相近且视觉逼真度较好的仿真模型。此外,基于模块化理论,将各个子系统建模为通用模块和非通用模块,有效提高了建模效率和模型的可重用性。模型运行结果和实际数据拟合较好,仿真模型精确度较高。
Currently,mailsorting cannot been totally replaced by machine.Aiming at mail sorting process optimization,a modularized simulation system is developed based on AutoMod.The logic of mail sorting and transportation processes can be well simulated by using the built-in tools in AutoMod: Process System,Path Mover,and Static.Furthermore,by doing so,it is a visualized three-dimensional simulation system.To make the system reusable,the system is developed in a modularized way by building genetic modules and specialized modules,respectively.This system can be used to improve the mail sorting process.
