摘要
目的：观察中西医结合方法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选取我院自2006年1月-2009年12月收治的胃溃疡患者186例随机分为观察组（中西医结合治疗组）和对照组（常规西药治疗组）各93例，疗程均为8周，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组痊愈54例，显效21例，有效15例，总有效率为96．8％；对照组痊愈28侧，显效25例，有效23例，总有效率为81．7％。两组比较差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗胃溃疡可以显著提高治疗效果，值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To observe the Western medicine treatment of gastric cancer. Methods.. In our hospital from January 2006 - December 2009 186 cases of gastric ulcer patients were treated randomly divided into two groups （in the combination therapy group） and control group （conventional western medicine group） of the 93 cases, a course of 8 weeks of treatment were compared. Results： 54 patients were cured, 21 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, total effective rate was 96.8% control group, 28 patients recovered, 25 cases markedly effective in 23 cases, total effective rate was 81. 7%, Significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Combination treatment of gastric ulcer can significantly improve the treatment effect, is worthy of clinical use.
