关于肉桂酸锗类化合物治疗剂量毒副作用的实验研究

摘要 目的本文对肉桂酸锗类化合物的毒副作用进行了研究探讨。方法(1)采用急性毒性试验计算半数致死量和最大耐受量;(2)计算脾重指数和胸腺指数;(3)镜下观察各脏器病理变化。结果(1)无法计算出LD50说明药物毒性甚小,动物最大耐受量可达1.2g/Kg体重;(2)治疗组小鼠脾重指数和胸腺指数几乎均无统计学意义,说明对小鼠的免疫功能在短期内无明显影响;(3)治疗组各脏器镜下未见明显药物损伤的病理变化。结论实验证明肉桂酸锗类化合物无明显毒副作用,这为进一步的抗肿瘤活性研究及开发应用提供了可靠依据。 Purpose?The Cinnamon acid Germanium compounds's side effects were studied in the experiment.Metheds(1)Acute toxicity tests were adopted to calculate the median lethal dose and the maximum tolerated dose of drugs; (2)We calculated spleen and thymus weight indexes;(3)The organs' pathological changes were observed under ordinary microscope after HE stalning.Results(1)We can' t calculate the LD50, this showes the drugs have little toxicity. The maximum tolerated dose of mice can reach 1.2g/Kg weight.(2)The spleen and thymus weight indexes in treatment groups have no statistical significance, which indicated the drugs' immune influence in mice had no significant effect in the short term; (3)The organs in the treated groups showed no obvious pathological changes under ordinary microscope'.Conclusion The experiment showed that the Cinnamon acid Germanium compounds had no apparent side effects, which can provide reliable experimental evidence about further anti-tumor activity research and application.
