摘要
目的总结急性非门脉性消化道大出血急诊介入放射围手术期护理经验。方法 23例非门脉性消化道大出血患者急诊入院后,开通绿色通道,优化护理流程,实施流程护理管理模式。结果提高了护理质量,密切医护和护患合作,确保了介入放射手术快速、有序的进行。结论实施序贯性护理管理流程在急诊非门脉性消化道大出血急诊介入诊疗中具有积极的意义。
Objective To conclude the perioperative nursing experience ofinterventional radiation treatment in massive hemorrhage of gastrointestinal tract of acute no portal vein.Methods Twenty-three cases of massive hemorrhage were treated emergency admission,green channel was established,optimization the flow sheet,practice flow sheet nursing supervision model.Results Improve the quality of care,closeness the doctor and nurse and patient relations,to ensure the interventional operation proceed quickly and ordered.Conclusion It has proactive significance to practice sequential nursing supervision flow sheet ofinterventional radiation treatment in massive hemorrhage of gastrointestinal tract of acute no portal vein.
