摘要
本文研究如何应用FDTD方法对一些复杂波导元件进行分析。应用子域连接技术,配合PML技术、连接边界法和非正交网格技术等,以波导双T、混合接头环耦合器等波导元件为例,得出这些器件的散射参数。对部分参数作出了测量,计算值和测量值吻合较好。算法的优点在于计算域小、计算时间缩短、共形性好及子域建模程序具有可移植性等。
Some complex waveguide elements are analyzed in time domain by FDTD method.The subregion connection method, the PML techniques, the connecting boundary method and the non-orthogonal grid techniques are used in working out the scattering parameters of complex waveguide components.A magic T,a hybrid ring coupler and an E-plane waveguide junction are taken as numerical examples. Numerical results are in good agreement with experiments. Advantages of the numerical algorithms are saving computation spaces,deducing running time,being flexible in conformations,and convenient for implementing sub-region programs into new models.
