摘要
目的：观察小针刀配合TDP治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将79例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分成治疗组（48例）和对照组（31例），进行临床疗效对比观察。结果：治疗组总有效率91．7％，对照组总有效率64．5％；两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈O．05）。结论：小针刀配合TDP治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著。
Objective：Observes the small needle knife to coordinate the clinical curative effect which the TDP treatment arteria vertebralis cervical vertebra gets sick. Methods： Divides into the treatment group stochastically 79 example arteria vertebralis cervical vertebra sickness patient （48 examples） and the control group （31 examples）,carries on the clinical curative effect contrast observation. Results：Treatment group total effectiveness 91.7%, control group total effectiveness 64.5%; Two group of comparison differences have the significance significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The small needle knife obviously coordinates the TDP treatment arteria vertebralis cervical vertebra sickness curative effect.
