摘要 并行工程是先进制造技术的研究热点.对并行工程的起源、原理、发展和研究状况进行了综述,提出了是并行工程实施的主体.结合级进冲模的特点、技术以及CAD软件的应用,分析了目前级进冲模CAD软件的问题,并对并行工程应用于模具技术领域的模式进行了探讨.提出并行设计集成框架、模具产品信息建模和模具并行设计实现方法和技术是基于并行工程的级进冲模CAD的关键技术. The origin, definition and principle of Concurrent Engineering (CE), and its development, research and application situation were summarized.It was put forward that human is the main role in CE application engineering.The characteristics and techniques of progressive die were analyzed,and application and problems of progressive die CAD software at present were discussed.The method and model in which CE is applied to die and mould CAD were researched.Based on the researching of CE applied to progressive die CAD,the key techniques in progressive die CAD based on CE were put forward, which include the concurrent integrated framework,progressive die product information modeling and the realized method and techniques of concurrent designing.
