摘要
目的:动态监控医院药品使用数据。方法:根据监控要求,综合运用Excel工作表的函数VlookUp和IF、数据透视表、自动筛选等功能对从医院信息系统药品管理子系统中导出的药品使用数据进行统计。结果与结论:该方法可快速、准确查找上千个药品数据,药品月使用金额、金额的波动、金额排位等数据一目了然,监控效率高、效果好。
OBJECTIVE：To monitor the use of drugs dynamically in hospital.METHODS：According to the requirement of higher authorities,data about the use of drugs were derived using VlookUp and IF functions,pivot table and autofilter function of excel worksheet and analyzed statistically.RESULTSCONCLUSIONS：Data of drugs can be found out by this method rapidly and accurately.The items are all clear at a glance such as consumption sum,its fluctuate and order so as to improve the efficiency of drug monitoring.
