摘要
近年来,我国高等职业院校在全国异军突起,发展迅猛。由于我国高职教育起步较晚,规模增长较快,在发展的过程中各种问题突显出来。如:硬件设施不完备、办学理念、办学模式不清楚等。然而,如何建立一支完善的、高素质的辅导员队伍在各种问题中显得尤为突出。本文主要以高职院校辅导员工作为基点,从辅导员的定位入手,分析高职院校学生的特点,从而探索出一条新形式下辅导员工作的新思路、新方法。
In recent years,vocational colleges have sprung up everywhere,rapid development in China.As the later start of higher vocational education and faster growth in the size,a variety of problems exposed in the process of development.For example,hardware facilities are inadequate,school philosophy and mode is not clear and so on.However,how to build a team with comprehensive,high-quality counselors in a variety of issues is particularly prominent.In this paper,anchored to work in vocational college,from the counselors position,the author analyzes the characteristics of vocational college students,to explore new ideas and new methods of counselors to work under new situation.
