摘要
本文建立了皮革中有害芳胺的GC/MS分析方法,皮革上的染料经过还原裂解,还原成最初合成时的胺类物质,通过提取柱萃取、净化、浓缩,由气质联用技术分析鉴定并对其做定量测定。
A GC/MS analysis method has been built up for the determination of hazardous arylamines in the leathers dyestuffs.The azo-dyestuff in the leather samples can be converted into the initial synthetic amines in reaction.After an offline solid-phase extraction and clean-up procedure,extraction solution can be detected and confirmed by gas chromatography with mass selective detection.
